How long is my online quote good for?
We will honor your quote for up to one business day. Please understand that we reserve the right to make adjustments to any qouted price if necesarry.
Do I have to be at the pick-up or delivery location during this transaction?
Because a contract will be signed with you at the pick-up location you are required to be present. If you are unable to personally be present you may designate someone else to be there for you. Please call our office prior to this so that we may confirm the arrangements with you.
When do I need to schedule your transport service?
Obviously the more advance notice you give us the better we can fulfill your pick-up and delivery request. Immediate requests can also be fulfilled usually within one to three days and in some cases the day of.
Can I drop off or pick-up my vehicle at a terminal?
Yes, we do have terminals within most major cities. Prior arrangement is required for this service.
Where will my car be picked up and delivered?
In all cases we will do everything in our power to provide you with door to door service. In certain circumstances if the pick-up and delivery areas are not safely accesible we may ask that you move your pick-up and delivery location to an area that is.
Do you inform me of when you will pick-up or deliver my vehicle?
We will always call you in advance to arrange a convenient pick-up and delivery time. If the transport driver has a change in schedule you will be informed of an updated time for pick-up and delivery.
What is door to door service?
We will always do the best we can to provide pick-up and delivery to the door step of any commercial and residential address. Exceptions to this are made in cases such as rural areas that may proof difficult to manuver a trasport truck into. Overhanging trees, tight curves, and unpaved roads can make it difficult to come right to your door. In these cases alternate pick-up and delivery locations will be arranged.
Will I save money if I deliver or pick-up my vehicle at a terminal?
Yes, by using either the pick-up or delivery terminal, you can save approximately $50 off the standard quoted price at each end. This request must be pre-arranged when placing your order.
Do I need to do anything to prepare my vehicle for transport?
Weight and loose parts are always the biggest factors in trasporting. We ask that you have a minimal amount of gas in your tank and that all personal items be removed from the interior and trunk compartments. In addition, if your vehicle has any accsessories attached such as fog lamps, unretractable antennas, unbolted bedliners or shells we ask that you remove them before transport.
Will you allow me to pack things in the vehicle during transport?
We do not insure the contents of the vehicles compartments. We allow up to 50 lb of your personal cargo. Additional chagre will apply if you have your personal cargo weight above 50 lb
Does your transport service have Insurance?
While in our possesion you vehicle is covered by our insurance policy for its full replacement value
Are your pick-up and delivery dates gauranteed?
We will ALWAYS do our best to provide you with the scheduled pick-up and delivery that you request. If we are unable to meet your specific request we will work within a one to three day time frame from you original request. Although vehicles are transported with our most efficient routing schedule we are unable to garauntee a delivery date.
